Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as Fleet Personnel Officer (FPO) in maritime recruiting.
• Good knowledge of vessels’ crew requirements and seafarers’ specifications.
• Knowledge of local market dynamics for demand-supply situation.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor recruiting activities for assigned vessels.
• Review contractual agreements and vessels’ manning plan.
• Support the development of the annual manning plan and budget.
• Coordinate with Crew Service Centres (CSCs) for crew implementation.
