Job description

Responsibilities

• Strong ability to innovate and develop new savory flavors to meet various customer and market needs.
• Work with the R&D team to develop savory flavor products that align with market demands and participate in the formulation and improvement of the products. Excellent replication skills.
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide professional advice and solutions.
• Familiarity with the technical principles and production processes of food flavours, with the ability to resolve related technical issues during production, particularly in savory flavours processing. Experience with reactive flavours is a plus.
• Collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing, application, quality control, and production, to ensure the smooth development and production of flavours products.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Savory Flavourist.
• A diploma or degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market for savour flavours.
