Key Responsibilities
Boutique Operations & Sales
- Oversee daily boutique operations, administration, and store standards
- Drive monthly and seasonal sales targets through effective leadership and client engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and key clients through CRM and clienteling
- Deliver personalised shopping and styling experiences
- Manage stock levels, replenishment, and inventory accuracy
- Plan and execute in-store events, promotions, and displays
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and analyse sales performance reports
- Ensure after-sales service standards and customer satisfaction are consistently met
- Work closely with head office, marketing, and corporate teams
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to deliver excellent service
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members
- Conduct regular appraisals, training sessions, and sales meetings
- Foster a professional, customer-centric, and high-performance culture
- Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Retail, Sales & Marketing, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 of retail experience in a managerial role, preferably within luxury, fine jewellery, or hospitality
- Strong understanding of luxury service standards and customer expectations
- Knowledge of jewellery, gemstones, or gemmology is an advantage (Gemmological certification is a plus)
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Strong organisational and communication abilities
- Passionate about jewellery, design, and customer experience
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
