Job summary

A Chemical Manufacturing MNC in Singapore is recruiting a Financial Reporting & Consolidation Manager to manage financial statements and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing context, strong skills in financial reporting and analysis, and be proficient in ERP systems. This role contributes to ongoing transformation projects within the Finance Team.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in reporting, consolidation and audit in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficient in financial regulations and standards including IFRS and local GAAP.
  • Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and process improvement.

Our client is a Chemical Manufacturing MNC. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Financial Reporting & Consolidation Manager to be part of their Finance Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Duties of Financial Reporting & Consolidation Manager:
  • Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP.
  • Review and analyze group financial performance, cost variances, and profitability trends.
  • Oversee intercompany reconciliations and liaise with external auditors during interim and year-end audits to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate reporting requirements.
  • Enhance internal control frameworks and lead process improvement initiatives across group entities.
Requirements:
  • Min Degree in Accounting/Finance
  • 3–5 years of experience in reporting, consolidation and audit in manufacturing setting
  • Proficient in ERP and consolidation system
