Financial Controller

Location: Ubi

Basic Salary: $8000 - $12000

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly cash flow projections and quarterly rolling forecasts for projects.

• Review budgets vs actuals and coordinate variance analysis with QS and HR Managers.

• Source and secure competitive providers for project bonds and insurance.

• Plan and manage foreign currency requirements and monitor forex exposure.

• Oversee banking facilities, including LCs, invoice financing, and available limits.

• Liaise with corporate secretary, regulators, bankers, and insurance companies.

• Provide financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions.

• Prepare consolidated monthly reports covering cash flow, banking facilities, bonds/insurance, forex, and resolutions.

• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.

Requirements

• Experience in Project WIP management, including budgeting, cost tracking, and funding coordination.

• Knowledge of financial consolidation and preparation of group-level reports.

• Proficient with standard office applications, especially MS Word & MS Excel.
