Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Executive to grow our Finance Transformation portfolio including digital finance process optimization, FP&A modernization, automation and ERP / EPM‑enabled solutions. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of the local market and client landscape with a consultative value‑led approach to selling to CFOs and senior finance leaders.

Skills and Attributes for Success
  • Build and manage a pipeline of finance transformation opportunities within the local market.
  • Lead the full sales cycle – prospecting, discovery, solution shaping, proposal development and closing.
  • Understand client finance processes and challenges (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A) and align them with our solutions.
  • Partner with SMEs to design transformation roadmaps and articulate ROI.
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity forecasting and account plans.
To Qualify for the Role you must have
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum of 6 years working experience, preferably with 2 years in a business consulting role at a leading consultancy firm. Candidates with lesser experience will be considered at Senior Associate Level.
  • 5 years in B2B sales or consulting ideally in finance transformation, digital transformation or ERP / automation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and client needs.
  • Strong understanding of finance operations and CFO‑level priorities.
  • Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and executive‑level presentation skills.
  • Specialisation in the Financial Services sector (i.e., banking, insurance, wealth, asset management) will be preferred.
Ideally you’ll also have
  • Experience of working within ASEAN.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills in understanding strategic direction and being able to convert into cohesive change management strategy and plans.
  • Ability to develop client opportunities and identify market growth opportunities.
  • Ability to support the business development cycle.
