The Company
Join one of the world's most prestigious luxury brands as a Finance Manager in Singapore.

The Role

This role is pivotal in overseeing the full spectrum of finance and accounting activities for the business in the region, driving financial excellence, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic growth across the Asia region.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounting and financial reporting, including month-end and year-end closing, statutory compliance, and audit coordination.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Handle intercompany transactions, transfer pricing compliance, and regional consolidation in alignment with HQ standards.
• Partner with retailers and distributors to monitor margins, sales performance, and product-level profitability.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), IFRS, GST, and tax regulations.
• Drive cash flow management, treasury operations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Implement and optimize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and strengthen internal controls.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, and liaise with HQ in Europe.

Candidate Profile

As the successful candidate, you will possess the following relevant skills sets and experience:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA/CA/ACCA or equivalent certification.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in a full spectrum finance role with exposure within the luxury retail, high-end goods, or brand distribution business.
• Strong exposure to intercompany transactions, regional consolidation, and distributor/retailer financial management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
