About the role

You will be an integral part of our Finance division, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial statements with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include overseeing financial inputs, managing deliverables, and ensuring data accuracy for GAAP reporting. You will also be a key collaborator with other departments, providing advice on accounting interpretations and resolving production issues. This role involves performing financial metrics analysis, facilitating discussions, and acting as a contact point for external auditors. You will uphold financial data integrity through adequate controls and proactively identify solutions to reporting challenges.


Skills and experience required


  • The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in financial reporting or auditing, preferably within the insurance industry.

  • A Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.

  • You should be knowledgeable in FRS and relevant financial reporting standards, including IFRS17.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

  • Strong interpersonal communication, planning, and problem-solving skills are also a must.

  • Experience in providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders is a plus.
