Job Description

• Responsible for the accounting and reporting of departments under Operation Shared Services such as Facilities Management, Environmental Services, Security, etc. at HQ.

• Assist in the planning and development of cost recovery strategies for services required to perform cost allocations based on agreed basis.

• Provide accounting services and support and together with a team of staff under your charge, oversee timely and accurate accounting, reconciliation, claims reimbursements and reporting of all funded programmes

• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting exercise of the departments

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent, with Chartered Accountant (CA) accreditation with at least 6 years of relevant experience

• Good understanding of statutory and accounting reporting requirements, tax regulations and guidelines

• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

• Knowledge in SAP will be an advantage

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, in particular Microsoft Excel
