Job summary

A leading medical beauty company in Singapore is seeking a Finance Manager. This role will manage full sets of accounts, financial reporting, and ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting or Finance and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of GST regulations are essential. Job Responsibilities
  • Handle full sets of accounts, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
  • Manage daily payment processing for vendor invoices, staff claims and cashflow monitoring.
  • Manage GST filing and tax compliance, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
  • Support annual statutory audit and prepare audit schedules.
  • Assist in group consolidation and multi-entity reporting.
  • Prepare CPF submissions, support payroll processes, and ensure statutory compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal operational/clinic teams to ensure smooth financial and operational alignment.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CPA qualification preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience;
  • Solid knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, tax rules, and GST regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Xero is preferred.
  • Experience in consolidation or multi-entity reporting is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Prior audit experience is an advantage (not mandatory).
  • Candidates with Korean language ability will be preferred (not mandatory).
  • Experience in healthcare, beauty, or service-based industries will be an added advantage.
