Job description

A market leader in the medical device industry is seeking a highly skilled finance manager to lead the finance operations on a regional scale. In this pivotal role, you will oversee financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, tax compliance, and risk management, playing a key role in optimizing cash flow in coordination with treasury and local finance teams. This will be a team management role, whereby you will provide coaching, guidance, and performance management to ensure a high-performing and collaborative environment. This role requires hands on experience with statutory reporting, GST, corporate tax, and process improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate should be CA or ACCA with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance. He/she brings at least 10 years of experience in finance operations, with regional exposure and proven team management skills. Experience in product-focused industries is highly valued, and familiarity with treasury, consolidation, and ERP systems is a plus.
