Job summary

A leading employment agency in Singapore is hiring for a role that involves the verification of purchase orders and supplier invoices, processing invoices, and providing general finance administrative support. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Finance or HR administration and a basic understanding of finance processes. Proficiency in SAP B1 or similar ERP systems is preferred. The position offers a chance to be part of finance operations in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform manual matching and verification of Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and supplier invoices for accuracy and compliance.
  • Process invoices, perform finance data entry, and prepare weekly/monthly vendor payment schedules.
  • Create Sales Orders and Invoices as needed.
  • Maintain timely and accurate filing, documentation, and general finance admin support.
  • Provide support during the SAP automation project transition phase (system testing, data validation, comparison checks, etc.).
  • Handle pantry orders, replenishment, and basic office support.
  • Maintain basic HR records and assist with simple HR tasks and ad-hoc admin duties.
  • Support festive office activities, including decorations and staff events.
Requirements
  • Preferably with 2 years' work experience in Finance / HR administrative.
  • Basic understanding of Finance processes (invoice, PO/GRN matching) is preferred.
  • Proficient in SAP B1 or other ERP systems preferred.
