Qualifications

• 2 years of experience preferably in Full set accounting but not a must.
• Able to handle High Volume of Monthly Transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Accounts Payable (AP), Expense Reports (ER), and Fixed Assets activities.
• Support month-end closing, including inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of staff claims and reimbursements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
• Prepare tax provision schedules and handle quarterly GST filings.
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare required audit schedules and documentation.
