Job summary

A consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to manage the full set of accounts. Responsibilities include supervising the billing process, handling payments, and preparing audit schedules. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience and a Diploma/Partial ACCA in Finance or Accountancy. Strong organizational skills and proficiency with accounting software are essential. Job description
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage the full set of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate closing and reporting to meet Group deadlines.
  • Oversee the billing process for Singapore and regional projects, including invoicing at various stages of project completion.
  • Manage payments, ensure accurate reporting, and track billing schedules in line with project milestones and work in process schedules.
  • Monitor and supervise fixed assets, including depreciation calculations and verifying the integrity and existence of assets.
  • Assist in preparing audit schedules and liaising with auditors as necessary.
  • Liaise with banks, company secretary, auditors, and tax agents for administrative and statutory matters.
  • Handle any other ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor, manager, or management.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Partial ACCA in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of accounting software (A2000 Solutions) and regional taxes is an added advantage.
  • Meticulous and responsible team player with excellent organizational, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated and takes initiative to take up new challenges.
