Job Summary:

We are looking for an Accounts Executive/Accountant to manage the full set of accounts, including AP/AR, GST reporting, and month-end closing. The role involves supporting audits, financial analysis, and daily finance operations in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
• Manage Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, supplier reconciliation, payment posting, and AP aging.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and prepare required financial reports.
• Prepare GST submissions, maintain accruals/prepayment schedules, and ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards.
• Liaise with vendors, customers, auditors, banks, and tax agents.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial documentation.
• Provide support for audit, tax filing, and ad hoc finance projects.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience (F&B or retail industry advantage).
• Strong knowledge of full set accounts, GST, and Singapore accounting standards.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., AutoCount).
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
