Job summary

  • Handle salary calculations, social security, and tax payments.
  • Assist the group in budget management and financial analysis.

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle daily bank payment and receipt settlement transactions; manage bank accounts; conduct bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain the bank deposit journal and reconcile regularly with the accountant.
  • Assist in auditing reimbursement documents and entering related accounting vouchers.
  • Assist in payroll distribution.
  • Organize payment and receipt documents on a monthly basis, ensure the integrity of original documentation for each transaction, and cooperate with secretarial companies, banks, tax authorities, and other external agencies to support audits and tax‑related work.
  • Handle salary calculations, social security, and tax payments.
  • Assist the group in budget management and financial analysis.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements
  • Education and Major: Diploma or above, preferably in accounting or finance related field.
  • Work Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in the logistics/shipping industry. Familiarity with account payable/receivable workflows is required. Must possess excellent communication skills, team management abilities, risk control capabilities, adaptability for cross‑border collaboration, a strong sense of confidentiality, and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Skills: Proficiency in using OFFICE software and familiarity with financial/accounting software.
