• Finance Transformation & Systems: Oversee SAP finance systems and lead finance transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reporting.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and financial integrity.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of controllers and analysts, fostering high performance and collaboration.
