Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our team. The role involves managing full sets of accounts, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. Experience in MCST (Management Corporation Strata Title) finance is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Manage MCST finance functions such as preparation of Income & Expenditure Statements, Balance Sheets, and Sinking Fund reports (if applicable).
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support proper fund allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, corporate tax, and audit matters.
  • Prepare and process payment vouchers, receipts, and billing statements.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties as required.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and filing systems for all accounting transactions.
  • Assist in any other finance-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma, degree, or equivalent qualification in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance. Experience in MCST or property management finance is an advantage.
  • Proficient in full sets of accounts and accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and statutory regulations.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
