Job summary

A leading company in asset management in Singapore is seeking a diligent individual to manage fixed asset sighting and reporting. This role requires a diploma holder with 1-2 years of finance-related experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Key responsibilities include conducting annual asset sighting exercises and preparing reports on asset conditions. This is a 6-month contract position, requiring travel between different offices.

• Liaise with Asset Custodians for physical sighting of Fixed Assets.
• Prepare annual report on asset condition.
• Re-tag fixed assets where required.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual asset sighting exercise
• Liaise with Asset Custodians for physical sighting of all Fixed Assets using RFID scanner
• Email declaration for all Low Value Assets
• Prepare annual report highlighting assets that cannot be located, are not in good working condition, have been disposed without proper authorisation, etc.
• Re‑tag fixed assets where required
• Upload photo of assets sighted / tagged

Requirements

• Academic qualification: Diploma holder
• Relevant work experience: 1–2 years in finance‑related work
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• WFO
• M‑F: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
• AMK / JEM / Braddell (required to travel to different offices)
• 6‑month contract
