• Conduct variance analysis for various financial metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Accountancy/ Business Admin./ Economics.
• 2 to 3 years of Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting, Costing, or related work experience.
• Responsible for ensuring timely and quality financial planning and costing, including:
  • Co-ordinate and consolidate month end closed financial review analysis.
  • Co-ordinate and consolidate Outlook/Budget financial review analysis.
  • Monthly Financial Review package.
  • Monthly Cost Rollup and Product Cost/AUC simulation.
  • Variance analysis for Actual vs Outlook vs Budget for various areas such as Sales Qty, Revenue, Standard COGS, Standard Gross Margin, and Inventory & FDOH.
  • Prepare Quarterly Outlook / Yearly Budget for Financial Review package and Inventory Projection.
  • Ad hoc projects - Process Automation / Improvement.

Skills, abilities and knowledge:

• Proficient in Microsoft office skills, preferably knowledge of SAP.
• Knowledge of VBA Excel Programming, Tableau and M365 Copilot or other AI application will be an added advantage.
• Able to work under stressful environment & tight deadline.
• Good planning, organizational and analytical skill.
• Proactive and good problem-solving skills.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
