Finance & Administration Executive

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Finance & Administration Assistant to support our financial operations, general administration, and executive coordination. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys multitasking, and is passionate about contributing to the smooth running of business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Finance Support
  • Assist with daily financial transactions including invoicing, expense tracking, and petty cash management
  • Support month-end closing and reconciliation activities
  • Maintain accurate records and responsible for of accounts payables and receivables
  • Prepare basic financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Liaise with vendors and internal teams regarding payments and financial queries
Administrative Support
  • Coordinate office operations, supplies, and vendor management
  • Support HR and administrative tasks such as onboarding, leave tracking, and documentation
  • Maintain and update operational databases and filing systems
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Executive Assistance
  • Manage the General Manager’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
  • Handle confidential correspondence and documentation
  • Act as a liaison between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the GM’s efficiency and productivity
📚 Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar administrative or finance support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with accounting software is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
