Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a Field Service Engineer to perform maintenance and troubleshooting of water analyzers. Candidates should hold a Diploma in an Engineering-related field and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include providing technical support, managing service documentation, and maintaining customer relationships. This full-time position has standard working hours from Monday to Friday.

Working Location: Commonwealth/Multiple Sites

Working Hours: Monday - Friday @ 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of water analyzers on-site and in-house.
• Repair and calibrate water analyzer equipment as required.
• Prepare and manage service-related documentation (quotations, service reports, calibration certificates).
• Provide technical support to customers via email and phone.
• Manage and track service spare parts, tools, and inventory.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of service activities.
• Support Sales and Marketing teams with equipment trials, demonstrations, and exhibitions.
• Maintain professional customer relationships and deliver high service standards.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Service Engineering support.
