Job summary

NTT DATA SERVICES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a Desktop Support Associate to deliver frontline technical assistance for workstations, laptops, smartphones, tablets, printers and peripherals.

You will diagnose, repair, and upgrade hardware and software, and document resolutions in the ITSM tool. Responsibilities include imaging with Intune/SCCM/Autopilot, setting up meeting rooms and AV systems, and delivering high-quality support to executives with minimal disruption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in computer science or information technology.
• Proven work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician.
• Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals.
• Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
• Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.
• Ability to travel and work after hours when necessary.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client support requests and provide frontline IT assistance.
• Travel to client locations or connect via remote links to resolve issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstation hardware and software.
• Set up meeting rooms and video conferencing equipment; support AV systems.
• Document resolutions and root-cause analyses in the ITSM tool.
• Coordinate with other teams to troubleshoot networking and access issues.
