Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a diligent IT Support Assistant to handle day-to-day user inquiries, provide IT assistance, and perform troubleshooting. You will work with the ticketing system, phone, email, and walk-ins to understand requests and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities include ad-hoc tasks like software installation, cloning laptops, inventory checks, and disposal. You will support cross-team projects as directed, and follow internal systems to ensure smooth

Qualifications

Diploma or Higher Nitec in IT or related fields.
1-2 years of relevant working experience.
Responsible, meticulous, fast learner and able to understand internal system processes quickly.
Able to follow internal systems thoroughly to ensure tasks are processed smoothly.

Responsibilities

Assist day-to-day operation by handling phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and ticketing system to understand user inquiries and provide IT support.
Ad-hoc duties such as software installation, clone laptops, inventory checks, disposal.
Perform troubleshooting and report status to supervisor on time.
Support projects from other team/section/department as instructed by superior.
Perform any ad-hoc assignment as instructed by superior.
