Job summary

Astreya Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking Field Services Technicians to provide onsite IT support across desktops, laptops, peripherals, AV equipment, and conference rooms in Singapore. You will manage imaging, deployments, inventory, and asset tracking with high customer service standards.

You will document resolutions in ServiceNow/Jira, follow SOPs, and ensure SLA targets are met. Level II may lead onsite sites, mentor junior techs, and coordinate with remote teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• End-user hardware and software troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Ability to image and deploy desktops and laptops with standard tools.
• Familiarity with AV/VC systems and conference room technology.
• ITSM ticketing and documentation in standard workflows.
• Adherence to SOPs and client-specific protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote end-user support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and deliver timely service with a customer-focused approach.
• Document, close, and manage tickets in ITSM tools per SLA targets.
• Assist with workstation deployments, imaging, and asset tagging.
• Maintain inventory and perform audits; support logistics for shipping/receiving hardware.
• Perform AV/VC checks and conference room setup/teardown as needed.
• Follow SOPs and change/incident processes; communicate clearly with users.
