Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED is seeking an onsite desktop support technician in Singapore. You will provide hands-on assistance to end users, install and configure hardware/software, and ensure incidents are resolved within SLA timelines.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, documenting issues, imaging devices, and supporting device deployment, replacement, and technology refresh efforts. Escalation to resolver groups or vendors when necessary is also required.

Qualifications

• Provide onsite desktop support to end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
• Document incidents and service requests for tracking.

• Perform desktop imaging and re-imaging of devices.
• Support device deployment, replacement and technology refresh initiatives.
