Job summary

Talentsis in Singapore seeks an on-site IT Field Support specialist to install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software across multiple remote sites. You will handle new machine setups, asset transfers, endpoint hardening, printer and network issue resolution, and ITSM ticket management with SLA adherence.

Junior candidates welcome and local Singaporean applicants preferred. Role involves working at Paya Lebar/Changi and islandwide travel.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Windows OS; MacOS/Linux a plus.
• Experience with productivity suites (Office 365/Google Workspace).
• Know-how of IT hardware components and troubleshooting.
• Active Directory user management.
• Experience with deployment tools (Autopilot, Tanium).
• Experience with remote desktop tools (Bomgar).
• Experience with virtual meeting tools (Teams/Meet/Zoom).
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong communication and independent work capability.
• Attention to detail and customer-focused delivery.
• Certifications are a plus; Singaporean candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for hardware/software issues at multiple sites.
• Install and configure new equipment and ensure system integration.
• Transfer and convert IT assets for different uses.
• Setup and initial configuration for designated systems with team support.
• Hardening, patching, and testing of desktops/laptops.
• Set up printers/scanners and resolve related issues.
• Resolve general IT issues at various locations, including airbases.
• Perform routine endpoint maintenance and patching across remote sites.
• Provide Level 1 network support and SLA-compliant ITSM ticketing.
• Collaborate with Group IT teams and manage security incidents.
• Assist IT projects for deployments and testing of changes.
