Job summary

A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking a highly motivated Field Applications Engineer. The successful candidate will provide technical support during sales and after sales, assist in proposals, review specifications, and coordinate with stakeholders. Requirements include strong knowledge in electrical safety, analytical skills, and at least 1-2 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• Good knowledge in Electrical Safety, Power Quality and Building Management.

• Exposure to regional APAC stakeholders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
• Assist sales team in technical proposals and tender submissions.
• Prepare system architecture drawings and technical design proposals.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers for technical inquiries.
• Conduct technical training for users.

Job Scopes

• Pre-sales technical support
• Assist sales team in technical proposal and tender submission
• Review tender drawing / tender specification / requirement
• Prepare system architecture drawing / technical design proposal
• Coordinate with supplier and principal
• Post-sales technical support
• Provide after sales technical service
• Troubleshoot technical enquiry
• Conduct technical training
• Coordinate with customer and end user

Requirements

• Good knowledge in Electrical Safety / Power Quality / Energy and Building Management
• Proactive, able to work independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mind
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, team player
• Ability to work well under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines
• Supplier and customer relationship management
• Possess good inter-personal, communication & coordination skills
• Exposure to regional APAC stakeholders, multilingual is a plus
• Preferable specializing in Entry Level programming and electrical engineering
• Preferable with SCADA / BMS / PMS / EMS related experience
• At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field are welcome
• Successful Candidates will be posted for on-job training for 6 months.
