Job summary

A facility management company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to perform maintenance and supervisory tasks. Job description

Responsibilities

• Ability to interpret basic technical drawings and plans.
• Co-ordinate with various contractors for periodic and ad-hoc works.
• Supervise maintenance, servicing and ad-hoc works carried out by vendors. Verify job completion according to scope of works.
• Maintain accurate & detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment maintenance history, and inventory.
• Attend to after-office-hours fault calls, as required.
• Perform any additional ad-hoc duties or responsibilities as assigned.
• Able to use computer to request for quote and submit request / ticketing.
• Able to understand procedures on handyman and breakdown maintenance works (e.g. electrical troubleshooting sanitary, servicing to electrical and plumbing defects, painting work, building repair works & etc.).

Requirements

• A minimum qualification of Higher NITEC or equivalent in a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in facility management or a related field.
