A leading facility management company in Singapore is seeking a Facility Engineer to manage building services works effectively. The ideal candidate has a degree in Facility Management or Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in Singapore. Strong leadership and multi-tasking abilities are essential for this role. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and liaising with clients to ensure projects meet requirements.
Be responsible for the planning, scheduling, controlling and coordinating of building services related works in terms of preventive, breakdown, rectifying works.
To work with and lead a team of supervisors & skilled workers to carry out their works accurately and timely and to ensure that works on site are carried out according to client requirement.
Liaise and hold meetings with clients, managing agent & sub-contractor to ensure that all requirements by clients and relevant authorities are adhered.
Monitor, track and provide timely project progress reports to the management.
Able to handle feedback from client positively and close the loop via email.
Able to write incident report upon collecting ground information.
Candidate must possess at least Degree in Facility Management or any Engineering fields
Committed, positive attitude & able to handle projects independently.
Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task.
At least 5 year of working experience in the related field inclusive of 2 years Singapore experience
Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity is an added advantage
