• Assist the site operation team on the daily cleaning operations.
• Upkeep the cleaning standard as per contract requirements, including toilet, office, and patient room cleaning.
• Provide quality service to clients and attend to complaints.

Job description

Day-to-Day Duties

• Assist the site operation team on the daily cleaning operations
• Upkeep the cleaning standard as per contract requirements which includes executing proper cleaning techniques, in term of cleaning of toilets/ offices/ common areas/ hospital treatment area/patient room cleaning & etc assigned by the site supervisor
• Provide quality service to client and attend to complaints/ site issues
• Learn to operate/ manage technology (if any) at certain sites, eg. Robotic, quality audit system, smart toilet system monitoring/ reporting
• Follow cleaning schedule assigned by site manager and ensure the job complete according to site requirement/standard.
• Handle site inspection and paperwork as per site request
• Any other duties as assigned by Manager
