Super Bean International Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Building Facilities Executive to join our team on a full-time basis in the Senoko North Region. You will coordinate daily facility operations, manage maintenance schedules, and ensure safety, cleanliness and functionality of the workplace.

The role requires strong organisational skills, vendor management, and the ability to prioritise tasks across multiple facilities.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in facilities administration or building management.
• Strong organisational and time management skills to handle priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with facilities software.
• Excellent communication with staff, vendors and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of health, safety and building maintenance best practices.
• Attention to detail and proactive issue resolution.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance, repairs and inspections.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including quotes and contracts.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, assets and warranties.
• Respond promptly to facility issues and prioritise work requests.
• Conduct regular facility walkthroughs for safety and cleanliness.
• Liaise with cleaning and security personnel on protocols.
• Manage facility budgets and prepare cost reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with landlords on property-related matters.
• Maintain inventory of facility supplies and arrange replacements as needed.
