Job summary

Crown Worldwide Pte Ltd is seeking a Facility Coordinator to support the smooth operation of workplace facilities in Singapore. The role involves coordinating maintenance, vendor services, procurement, and safety/compliance activities to keep the office safe and well‑maintained.

You will log and track requests, assist with audits, and support small facilities projects while providing timely assistance to employees.

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy with common office software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day facilities operations.
• Log and track maintenance requests and follow up on completion.
• Conduct simple site checks and report defects or issues.
• Support basic asset and equipment tracking.
• Finance support and raising PO’s and tracking of expenses.
• Assist in scheduling service visits (cleaning, pest control, maintenance).
• Escort contractors and ensure works are carried out safely.
• Support fire safety checks and emergency preparedness activities.
• Coordinate with contractors on site access, work timing, and permits.
