Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of facilities, equipment, and surrounding areas.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers to maintain quality and service standards.
• Support daily facilities operations and ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Coordinate procurement, inventory, and departmental support requirements.
• Assist with the development of maintenance specifications, contracts, and project requirements.
• Oversee housekeeping and laundry services to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Serve as the key point of contact for Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) and security matters.
