Job summary

Talent First in Singapore seeks a facilities supervisor to oversee building maintenance, equipment upkeep, and daily operations, ensuring a safe, clean and efficient workplace. You will coordinate with vendors and service providers and drive continuous improvement in service standards.

Responsibilities include inspections, procurement, contract development, housekeeping, laundry, and serving as the main contact for Workplace Safety & Health and security matters, all within a 5-day work week,

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of building facilities, equipment, and surrounding areas
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues
• Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers to maintain quality and service standards
• Support daily facilities operations and ensure smooth and efficient workflows
• Coordinate procurement, inventory, and departmental support requirements
• Assist with the development of maintenance specifications, contracts, and project requirements
• Oversee housekeeping and laundry services to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency
• Serve as the key point of contact for Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) and security matters
