Job summary

PEC PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Facilities Coordinator to assist the Facilities Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily operation and maintenance of buildings and systems in Singapore.

You will monitor building conditions, supervise maintenance teams, coordinate renovation and maintenance projects, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and client specifications while keeping accurate records and reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher NITEC in Facilities Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Facilities Management is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management or building maintenance.
• Experience supervising maintenance technicians, contractors, and service providers.
• Strong communication skills in English and demonstrated leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Facilities Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily operation and maintenance of buildings, facilities, utilities, and equipment.
• Monitor the condition of buildings and facility systems to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, lifts, and other building services.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify defects and ensure timely rectification.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and service providers to ensure work is safe, timely, and standards-compliant.
• Assist in planning facility improvement, renovation, upgrading, and maintenance projects.
