ST Engineering Synthesis Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Facilities Manager to lead the Facilities Operation team, ensuring maintenance works and services plans are prepared and endorsed by users. The role oversees contractor activities to meet contractual requirements and supports repair, alteration, and cost estimation within set timeframes.

The incumbent will ensure deliverables under MWS, AHWS, Estate Administrative Services, and Tenant Fit Out fall within scope and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist the SFM by leading the Facilities Operation team to ensure maintenance works & services plans are prepared and endorsed by users.
• Oversee maintenance tasks coordinated by the maintenance team and contractors to meet contractual requirements.
• Assist users with repair/replacement, alteration/additional works and provide cost estimations within stipulated timeframes.
• Ensure submission of deliverables under MWS, AHWS, Estate Administrative Services and Tenant Fit Out.
• Vet and approve monthly reports and other submissions related to Maintenance Works, Services, Estate Admin, and Specialist Services before Authority submission.
