Job description

We are seeking a reliable and hands‑on Facilities Executive to support outlet maintenance, repairs, and project coordination across our automotive lifestyle venues. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience managing commercial properties or F&B outlets. The candidate needs to be highly responsive, operationally strong, and able to take direction well.

The SFE will report directly to the Head of Facilities & Outlets Experiences and play a key role in ensuring daily issues are resolved efficiently, vendors are well‑managed, and our outlets are consistently maintained to high standards. This is a supportive operations role and will require flexibility, fieldwork, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Outlet & Facilities Maintenance
  • Carry out regular inspections of all outlets to identify repair needs and general upkeep issues (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, flooring, kitchen equipment).
  • Supervise repair works and ensure follow‑through with contractors.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and keep maintenance logs updated.
  • Ensure FOH/BOH areas are safe, functional, and aligned with brand upkeep standards.
Vendor & Contractor Coordination
  • Source, compare, and recommend vendors for repair works and services.
  • Liaise directly with building management and commercial landlords on outlet‑related matters, such as defects, works permits, and renovation issues.
  • Monitor ongoing works to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.
  • Assist in preparing documentation, quotations, and service reports for internal approvals.
Project & Renovation Support
  • Support outlet opening or renovation projects under the guidance of the Head of Facilities.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, developers, and internal stakeholders during site visits, fit‑outs, or upgrades.
  • Provide on‑site presence during key works, handovers, or rectifications as required.
Ad‑Hoc Operational Support
  • Assist with asset shifting and event setup/tear‑down logistics.
  • Follow up on facilities‑related emergencies and urgent requests even outside of working hours.
  • Maintain stock levels for maintenance supplies and initiate restocking as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in facility maintenance, outlet operations, or property coordination (F&B, retail, or hospitality industry preferred).
  • Solid knowledge of building systems, basic M&E repairs, contractor workflows, and safety compliance.
  • Comfortable dealing with landlords, developers, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Able to remain contactable outside working hours for emergencies or urgent issues.
  • Possesses a valid driver’s license or personal transport (preferred but not required) to travel between outlets independently.
  • Fluent in written/spoken English; comfortable with basic digital tools (email, Google Sheets, photo documentation).
  • Strong follow‑up skills, a sense of ownership, and ability to handle tasks reliably under pressure.
What We Offer:
  • Field‑based, practical role with real impact on outlet success.
  • Exposure to outlet openings, renovations, and operations in a dynamic lifestyle brand environment.
  • Opportunity to build a strong vendor and developer network across the F&B and automotive retail sectors.
  • Diverse learning exposure across facilities, AV, horticulture, and outlet operations.
