Job summary

This role includes maintaining asset registers, supporting staff onboarding and offboarding, and ensuring office upkeep. The ideal candidate must have a minimum GCE 'O' Level, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an accurate office asset register, including tagging, tracking, and periodic checks.
  • Support the purchase, maintenance, and disposal of office assets.
  • Assist with coordination of repairs and servicing.
  • Handle day-to-day office administration tasks.
  • Support staff onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Conduct daily checks to ensure cleanliness of office and facilities.
  • Assist in simple facilities-related tasks.
  • Provide support for other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
