Job summary

A local jewelry company in Bedok, Singapore is hiring for a Full-time Admin Support role. Qualifications

  • Preferably 1 year of relevant administrative or operations support experience.
  • A Class 3 Driving License is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs across various locations.
  • Schedule and follow up on facility servicing.
  • Track, order, and replenish office supplies.
  • Support inventory receiving and organize storage.
  • Handle documentation and assist with general office duties.
  • Ensure the office and storage areas are tidy and organized.
