Job description

We don’t just manage spaces or organize events — we build meaningful experiences that connect families through joyful, unforgettable moments.

We’re looking for a warm, reliable, people-smart person to join us as our Experience Associate.

You’ll be working directly with the founder, helping to manage bookings, handle client enquiries, support event days, and make magic happen behind the scenes.

This role is perfect for someone who:

  • Loves being around people (especially kids & families)
  • Is organized, proactive, and a natural problem solver
  • Can communicate well over WhatsApp, email, and in person
  • Isn’t afraid of some chaos (balloons, last‑minute changes, happy noise)
  • Has a touch of creativity — Canva, Instagram, or basic content skills are a bonus!

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Replying to DMs/enquiries
  • Coordinating bookings and viewings
  • Helping us plan heartfelt events and create small moments that bring our community of families together.
  • Attending and supporting events onsite
  • Managing client checklists and reminders
  • Assisting with basic ops and venue upkeep
  • Supporting founder in day‑to‑day planning and creative problem‑solving

We’ll start small to get to know each other, with a training‑first period. If it’s a good fit, there’s opportunity to grow into a full‑time role with more responsibility and creative input.
