A leading healthcare institution in Singapore seeks a Human Resources professional to handle HR functions, support talent acquisition, and collaborate on HRIS digitalisation. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Information Technology or Human Resource Management, possesses excellent communication skills, and is proficient in Microsoft Office. This role involves multi-tasking and participation in various corporate projects.
You will handle the full spectrum of human resource functions for your assigned user group. You will provide advice and support line departments in talent acquisition, management and retention and related employment and employee matters. You will need to collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to support and engage end-users in the adoption of the new Human Resource Information System (HRIS), work on digitalisation and automation of HR processes. Last but not least, you will be involved in the administration of staff programmes and events and participate in corporate projects as assigned. The selected candidate will be offered employment on contractual terms.
