Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Tokyo Head Office e-commerce team to formulate a global e‑FX business plan.
• Support onboarding new clients.
• Engage in relationship management with existing e‑FX clients.
• Client data analysis (hit ratio, decline/cancel report, etc).
• Sales margin optimization.
• Data analysis (hit ratio, market impact, decline/cancel report, etc).
• LP optimization.
• Utilize e‑spot flows (aligned with Tokyo/Harry’s plan) including algorithmic trading.

Requirements

• Between 10‑15 years of sell side experience in the e‑FX space.
• Previous experience in FX Trading &/or FX Sales will be advantageous.
• Programming skills are essential for this role.
• Required to be proficient in data analysis.
