Job Description

Serve as the main point of contact for clients post-sale, managing requests and ensuring smooth communication.

Coordinate and oversee all event logistics— including staffing, F&B, venue setup, and vendor arrangements—while cultivating strong partnerships with suppliers and organizers to ensure seamless, high-quality event delivery.

Organize and oversee team-building activities, ensuring seamless execution before, during, and after each event.

Utilize project management software to streamline event planning workflows, including pre-event logistics, packing checklists, and post-event documentation.

Track and maintain account profitability, monitoring P&L and gross profit margins.

Use Project management software to organize event details, packing list, and post event details, etc.

Contribute to company growth by proposing new ideas and initiatives backed by actionable plans.

If interested, you may also be offered in-house training by a senior facilitator to support team-building sessions directly.

Requirements
  • Experience in Events Management / Coordination / Planning is preferred.
