Job summary

A Singapore-based events company is seeking an Events Sales Coordinator to manage sales leads and supervise festive lighting installations. You will interact with clients, vendors, and contractors, ensuring smooth event operations and delivering memorable experiences. Ideal candidates have a diploma or higher and strong interpersonal skills with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours is essential.

Qualifications

TLK Events is a Singapore-based events company specializing in bazaar operations, festive lighting, and event logistics. From large-scale festive installations to vibrant food fairs, we bring communities together through creative design, smooth operations, and memorable experiences.

Job Responsibilities
  • Respond to new sales leads and follow up with existing clients (Lighting & Events).
  • Attend to enquiries for festive lighting, including client discussions, site visits, and photo updates.
  • Explore and secure new clients by visiting other events and networking.
  • Source and evaluate new vendors, and coordinate with contractors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Supervise festive lighting installations and event setups on-site.Work closely with operations and design teams to align client expectations with feasible designs.
  • Manage event bookings, calendars, and internal schedules.
  • Conduct site visits for preparation, supervision, and follow-up (must be present during key days of events).
  • Provide post-event support, handle feedback, and drive service improvements.
  • Collect payments, maintain accurate records, and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or higher in any field (experience in Events, Festive Lighting, or Sales will be an advantage).
  • 1–2 years’ experience in events, festive lighting, or sales preferred, but not strictly required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable liaising with clients, vendors, and contractors.
  • Must be willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, and event supervision.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities, able to handle both sales and operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; basic Canva skills are sufficient (Photoshop is a plus).
  • Comfortable with hands-on work and supervising event setups.
  • Willing to work evenings, weekends, or public holidays when required.
  • Possess own transport will be an advantage (for site visits and event supervision).
