Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Events & Admin Executive to support operations across two sister companies (Events & Insurance). This role offers exposure to a variety of event management, sourcing, scheduling, administrative and coordination tasks with clear guidance.

Responsibilities
  • Source event venues by making calls, sending emails, and conducting site visits to identify suitable locations
  • Coordinate event space bookings by liaising with internal teams and external partners to secure venues
  • Update and maintain accurate records of venue space availability and confirmed bookings
  • Assist with on‑site event operations as needed to ensure events run smoothly
  • Provide general insurance administrative support and entering data accurately
  • Maintaining proper documentation, record-keeping, and filing of issued documents.
  • Collaborate effectively across two sister companies under clear guidance to support operational needs
  • Demonstrate flexibility by assisting during occasional weekends when events require support
Required competencies and certifications
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate effectively with Mandarin‑speaking customers.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Good written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with vendors and team members
  • Pleasant personality with strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Comfortable making calls and meeting vendors as part of venue sourcing and coordination

  • Location: 6-minute walk from Somerset MRT
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
