Hire Digital is looking for an Event Marketing & Campaigns Manager to design and deliver integrated B2B event programs and campaigns across Singapore and Southeast Asia. This role sits within Marketing and works closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Growth to use events as a core go-to-market and pipeline‑driving channel.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own the strategy and execution of B2B event programs and campaigns, including industry events, product launches, executive roundtables, customer and partner activations.
  • Design integrated event‑led campaigns that combine physical, digital, content, and partner channels to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery across concept development, messaging, logistics, production, on‑site execution, and post‑event reporting.
  • Partner with Sales and Growth to align events and campaigns with go‑to‑market priorities, account strategies, and pipeline objectives.
  • Shape event narratives, themes, content, and speaker strategies to support product, brand, and commercial goals.
  • Track and optimise performance across registrations, engagement, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 4–8 years’ experience in event marketing, campaigns, or field marketing within tech, fintech, SaaS, or high‑growth environments.
  • Proven experience delivering B2B events and campaigns such as product launches, executive programs, conferences, and partner activations.
  • Strong campaign thinking with the ability to connect events to messaging, content, and commercial outcomes.
  • Solid project and stakeholder management skills across multiple teams and priorities.
  • Comfortable working with data, reporting, and performance metrics to evaluate and improve impact.
  • Proactive, creative, and execution‑focused with a strong ownership mindset.
