A leading event management company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to oversee event planning and client management. The candidate should be meticulous, organized, and results-oriented, with a passion for sales and excellent communication skills. This full-time position requires a Bachelor's degree or diploma in relevant fields and proficiency in MS Office, with prior event or sales experience being advantageous.

event conceptualizing, planning, and management.
managing client relationships, participating in the RFP process, assisting in client presentations, and managing expectations.
sourcing and developing new business accounts to expand client base and meet sales targets.
identifying potential clients, preparing proposals, and driving new sales opportunities.
supporting all aspects of pre-event planning, e.g., venue sourcing, manpower planning and management, and liaising with external vendors.
working with the team to ensure projects are completed within budget, timeline, and scope.
taking accountability for assigned projects and forecasted project margins.
monitoring and reporting project planning progress.
creating new and innovative ideas for implementation.
taking on additional duties when required.

Required skill(s): MS Office.
