Job summary

A leading event management company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to oversee event planning and client management. The candidate should be meticulous, organized, and results-oriented, with a passion for sales and excellent communication skills. This full-time position requires a Bachelor's degree or diploma in relevant fields and proficiency in MS Office, with prior event or sales experience being advantageous.

  • Oversee event conceptualizing, planning, and management.
  • Manage client relationships and support the RFP process.

  • Prepare proposals and manage project timelines.
  • Ensure completion of projects within budget and scope.

You're good at …

  • event conceptualizing, planning, and management.

  • managing client relationships, participating in the RFP process, assisting in client presentations, and managing expectations.

  • sourcing and developing new business accounts to expand client base and meet sales targets.

  • identifying potential clients, preparing proposals, and driving new sales opportunities.

  • supporting all aspects of pre-event planning, e.g., venue sourcing, manpower planning and management, and liaising with external vendors.

  • working with the team to ensure projects are completed within budget, timeline, and scope.

  • taking accountability for assigned projects and forecasted project margins.

  • monitoring and reporting project planning progress.

  • creating new and innovative ideas for implementation.

  • taking on additional duties when required.

  • Required skill(s): MS Office.

  • Personnel with relevant event or sales experience will be advantageous.
