Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Service Advisor or in customer service role in automotive industry.
• Ability to detect basic vehicle faults and problems.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact between customers and the workshop.
• Advise customers on vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
