Qualifications

• Proven track record as a CEO, MD, or senior executive in insurance, banking, fintech, or related industries in Europe.
• Strong understanding of European market dynamics, including regulatory frameworks and cultural nuances.
• Demonstrated success in scaling businesses across multiple geographies.
• Experience in stakeholder management with boards, regulators, and multinational partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group’s Europe strategy, aligned with global corporate objectives.
• Forge and strengthen relationships with regulators, insurers, distributors, banks, and ecosystem partners.
• Oversee P&L across Europe markets, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
• Build and mentor a high-performing, diverse leadership team across markets.
• Establish strong governance structures to manage financial, regulatory, and operational risks.
